On December 20, 2007 and January 4, 2008, Howard Menditch of Luxe Builders conducted HVAC design seminars for Young American 37. HVAC students from Thomas Edison High School of Technology will fabricate the duct work for the house project as well as install the two zone heating and cooling system.
